1. Introduction and Scope
This Return Policy sets out the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and the exercise of your statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing products from Vrozelonclox. This policy applies to distance contracts (e.g. online purchases) concluded with consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area. It supplements our Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with them.

2. Legal Framework
This Return Policy is based on the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven, LBK nr. 1442 af 17/12/2020), the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), and other applicable consumer protection legislation. As a consumer, you benefit from mandatory rights that cannot be waived by contract.
3. Your Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal when you purchase products at a distance (e.g. online, by telephone, or by mail order). This means you may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If you have ordered multiple goods in one order delivered separately, the withdrawal period runs from the day on which you take physical possession of the last good.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You may do so by email, post, or any other durable medium. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory. If you use another means of communication, please ensure you clearly state your wish to withdraw from the contract and include your order number and the goods concerned.
4. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us or to a person authorised by us to receive them without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
5. Condition of Returned Goods and Reduction of Refund
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In other words, you may open and inspect the goods as you would in a shop; however, if you use the product beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and functioning (e.g. consuming capsules from a supplement bottle), we may reduce the refund accordingly.
We recommend returning goods in their original packaging where possible and in a resaleable condition. Please pack items securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a traceable or recorded delivery service so you have proof of postage. We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit when returned by you, except where the return is due to a defective or incorrect product (see section 8).
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive and the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised
For food supplements: If the product has been unsealed (e.g. the seal on the bottle has been broken) or if capsules have been removed or consumed, we may refuse the return on hygiene and safety grounds, as the product cannot be resold. If you have only opened the outer packaging (e.g. the cardboard box) but the bottle remains sealed, we may accept the return. Please contact us before returning to confirm whether your product is eligible for return.
7. How to Initiate a Return or Withdrawal
To initiate a return or exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by email at contact@vrozelonclox.world or by phone at +4569164101 to inform us of your decision to withdraw or to request a return. Include your order number and, if applicable, the reason for the return.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible. Ensure the product is adequately protected to avoid damage during transit.
- Send the goods to: Vrozelonclox, Nørrebrogade 8, 2200 København, Denmark. We recommend using a traceable delivery service.
- Keep proof of postage (e.g. tracking number, receipt) for your records. You may need this if the package is lost in transit.
We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal or return request and will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or of receiving your withdrawal notice (whichever is the later, in accordance with applicable law).
8. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective product, a product that does not conform to the contract (e.g. does not match the description or your order), or if the wrong product was delivered, you have rights under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) and the Consumer Rights Directive. You may be entitled to:
- Repair: We may offer to repair the product at no cost to you.
- Replacement: We may offer to replace the product with one that conforms to the contract.
- Price reduction: You may request a reduction in the price proportionate to the defect.
- Withdrawal and refund: If the defect is significant or we cannot repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, you may withdraw from the contract and receive a full refund.
You must notify us of any defect or non-conformity without undue delay after you discover it. For defective or incorrect products, we will cover the cost of returning the goods to us. Please contact us for a return label or instructions.
9. Damaged Goods in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask you to provide photographs of the damage and the packaging. Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs. We recommend checking the parcel before signing for delivery; if it is visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery or note the damage on the delivery note.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your return, refund, or complaint, you may:
- Contact the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority (Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen) for advice and assistance
- Use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
- Seek redress through the Danish courts or the courts of your country of domicile if you are a consumer in the EU
